repeating a phrase to Dylan. I don't know what the exact phrase was.

Does anyone know it, and what it meant in the end?

You got the phrase right. Ultimately (minor spoiler space, go)




























it was reversed to mean "save Seefra evacuees." (I didn't get it
either until Dylan did in the episode. Duh.)
