Not to argue with the esthetic assessment, but it was a pitiful attempt to
fill time without having to pay for a script or real, live production--as
bad as a clip show.

what do ya guys think the final episode will be like?

I'm guessing they won't do battle with the magog and resolve every
single thread in a single 40 min episode?

According to the newsletter, Dylan and crew will get out of the Seefra
system and will find out about Trance-- the good Trance, the bad Trance,
and a whole bunch of other Trances who form the Council of Avatars. This
council is supposed to decide the fate of the Universe-- and there may
be bad news about that. They didn't say what.

Um,

They've already done all that in the NEXT to the last episode. Good
try, though.

Maybe, but it brought a tear to my eye, as did Rhade's goodbyes to the crew.

I don't think that was the reason. I think they were really trying to pay some
sort of tribute to the final season. It was fairly brief and took some time to
put together, and it looked like they put a little more money into this ep.
than most - more special effects, etc.
