Thank the gods this is finally over. The last two years were horrible and
now, to leech off Hitchiker's Guide was just plain awful.

Let's make a list of loose ends:

What happened to Drago's bones? Arne't they still on board the A?
Wouldn't that stop the Nietzchaens from attacking?

What about that Hammer of whatever they found way back when?

What happened to Rhade' wife?

Add your own.

What happened to Bekas little flying bell?
I was thinking about that today. I think a better question would be,
what was it supposed to do in the first place? Once they got it, they
forgot about it.

I think (speculating) it was intended to be some reality-warping anti-Abyss
weapon.

In some fantasy stories, there are magic bells and lanterns enchanted so the
bad guys (demons, monsters, or just general "evil") can't enter the area of
effect.

Say, the magog couldn't attack a ship that had the bell on it, and if it
ever reached the worldship, it would disintegrate the Spirit of the Abyss.

But yeah, the writers forgot about it. And the Engine of Creation.

I remember an episode where Dylan dispatched huge land based battle robots
the size of a Star Wars Walker. Poof.

I remember Andromeda having a huge barracks for like, 5,000 soldiers. Poof.

At the end I couldn't tell exactly where they were, when they were, and who
all those ships were that came out of the transformed Route of Ages. Is
that the Commonwealth fleet? Intact?

Did Earth blow up or not? Are the Nietzchaens our pals now? Where is Rev
Bem?

And what about Naomie?

Those barracks are still there - the Andromeda just doesn't have that
huge crew anymore. Not in some time.

Where: Seefra, which became Tarn Vedra, and returned to the known
universe.
When: Shortly after they left the Seefra system in the first place.
Who the ships were: Remnants of the commonwealth fleet. Didn't you
notice a few of the ships even resembled the Andromeda?

1. We saw the Earth get blown up.
2. Seeing as how the Nietzchaens hated Dylan to start with, and he
was pasting their butts during the final battle, I'd say no, they
aren't his pals - or pals of the rest of the commonwealth either.
However, since the Abyss has been removed and is no longer supporting
them....well who knows what the final outcome will be?
3. Rev Bem? Who cares?

Actually these were Andromeda-based assets, used for planetary
assault/defense. They introduced them in passing several episodes before
their use. I would say that they were a one-off story device, rather than a
loose end.

In the first ep, in fact (though they had very different CGI models). We saw
them in storage, and one of them came online to spy on Rev. Next time we saw
them was in the S2 premiere, when they went out to shoot magog off the hull.
